Shijiazhuang Tianjia Technology Development Co. , Ltd. （formerly Hebei Tongjia Machinery Co., Ltd. ）is an export-oriented OEM manufacturing enterprise, located in the western suburbs of Shijiazhuang, founded in 1998. Tianjia is composed of two Precision Foundry in Shi.jiazhuang & Cangzhou, and a Forging Foundry in Shanxi Dingxiang as a joint venture. There are six hundred highly qualified staff, with a total area of 102,000㎡,the construction area is 50,000㎡. Casting pro.duction capacity is 300 tons/month, forging capacity is 1,000 tons/month. Machining workshops have more than 150 sets of CNC lathes, machining centers and other high-precision processing equipments which can provide a strong guarantee of large-scale production. Tianjia has import and export rights, the products are mainly exported to Europe, North America, Oceania, Asia, and other regions.         Company data management is using ERP software; technical designs are using SolidWorks, AutoCAD.CAXA; casting process simulation software is using ProCAST,Tianjia has rapid prototyping technology.The company's quality management system got the PED97/23/EC,AD2000-W0 certificate from TUV and the ISO9001 certificate from CQC in 2002. Tianjia owns many kinds of physical and chemical testingequipments, such as ARL-3460 and SPECTRO MAXx spectrometers, universal material testing machine,metallographic analyzer, low temperature tank for liquid nitrogen impact test, salt spray test machine.CMM, hydraulic testing equipment, ultrasonic flaw detector, Niton portable spectrometer, coating thick-ness tester, radioactivity tester, etc..
